1. Platform License & Access

एजुडेस्क प्रणाली का उपयोग करते हुए सभी संस्थान संचालक व शिक्षक शिक्षा नियमों और पारदर्शी वित्तीय हिसाब का पालन करने के लिए बाध्य हैं।

Subject to compliance with these terms, OnPrime grants coaching classes and educational institutes a revocable, non-exclusive license to utilize EduDesk for internal student admission, billing, and receipt issuance.

2. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

Institute owners and authorized staff members agree that:

• All student contact information and parent mobile numbers inputted are authentic and legally collected.
• Receipt numbers and payment amounts logged reflect genuine transactions handled at the institute.
• Account PIN credentials are guarded with due care; multiple failed login attempts are subject to automated security lockouts.

3. WhatsApp Messaging & Acceptable Usage

WhatsApp dispatch triggers provided by EduDesk must be used solely for transactional student fee receipts, overdue notices, attendance announcements, and official class updates. Spamming or broadcasting unsolicited third-party promotions is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

EduDesk provides educational billing software and reporting utilities on an "as-is" basis. While our zero-CDN offline-first infrastructure ensures high uptime, institutes remain responsible for maintaining their own financial tax declarations and banking reconciliations.
